- Right now, the only way to receive a product key is by email. We will process your order once it has been approved for purchase. Although orders are normally completed in one (1) hour, delivery times may exceed twenty-four (24) hours. We will issue your Product Key and a confirmation email to the email address you provided on our order form as soon as your order is complete.
REMEMBER THIS: Product keys are classified as “DIGITAL PRODUCTS,” which means that once they are sent by email, they cannot be returned because they are not physical goods that can be given to another user. As a result, there is a “No Refund” policy; however, we do have a refund policy that we follow for our customers:
Since we have sent the license key, please make sure you keep it with you in a secure location. We do not permit refunds or cancellations.

In the following situations, there is no refund:
- The product key has already been emailed to the buyer, but they place the incorrect order because they didn’t read the whole description.
- The purchaser’s inadequate internet connection prevents them from downloading the program file.
- The purchaser’s lack of technical expertise prevents them from downloading and installing the software.
If the customer’s computer system’s Product Key fails to activate, softwarekeypro.com will send a new Product Key via email within a certain amount of time. The buyer must email a full screen screenshot to [email protected], ensuring that it includes the error window, the current date, and the time. - Customers have only 15 days from the date of purchase to notify us of any issues with the activation of their product keys; under no circumstances will new product keys be supplied after that time.

- if you have previously activated Office on your PC using a cracked tool. Please clean it using Microsoft’s support tool. then make another request. Microsoft will stop your key from working if you request something using a cracked license. In this instance, we are unable to offer a warranty or a refund. - Office 2019 Pro Plus – Activation one-time only
- Activation keys must be used to reactivate a device at least twice. After three months, we do not offer assistance or replacement keys for additional reactivations,
- after 3 months, we do not provide any warranty or refund for pre-activated software and tools
Return in the following situations:
- If softwarekeypro.com is unable to provide the Product Key via email, an automatic refund will be executed.
- Office 365 account for a third-party domain: domain not functioning, subscription disabled
- If a subscription account isn’t operational after a year, Github Refund Time, Jetbeain, Lynda, 365, and VPN
Refund Time
Refunds can take one to three business days to process. The time it takes for the buyer’s bank or service provider to deposit the refund amount to their payment source (a credit/debit card, bank account, or wallet) once it has been processed ranges from 2 to 14 business days.
